Through Kayuh, I’ve found a way to combine two of my greatest passions. I’m deeply engaged in the tech ecosystem, supporting entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders on their journey to success through coaching.

My Story
With over 15 years of experience in People Development, Leadership Coaching, and Culture Building, I have worked at an Executive level, including as Chief People Officer, across high-growth tech, media, and creative organisations. With a deep knowledge of the tech ecosystem, startups, and impact driven businesses. I have helped Founders develop their strategy, mission and have built foundations for scaling. I have been involved in scaling company cultures, developing leadership training, and supporting startups with their B Corp applications.
I’ve been a mentor for Seedcamp, supporting growing tech companies on their journey to scale and succeed.

I am a trained Executive Coach, having gained my qualification from the renowned Henley Business School. I work with executives and individuals, helping them tap into their authentic voice, overcome internal obstacles, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

I am deeply committed to impact technology and sustainability. Having previously run successful sustainable events in London and then becoming a mentor for TechStars Sustainability Paris, where I work closely with climate and social impact companies, helping them grow, scale, and refine their impact.

Additionally, I’m a trained coach in Impact Business Modelling, a system that supports companies in defining and refining their impact vision which is something I’m truly passionate about.

As a certified coach in the Impact Business Modelling System™, I collaborate with startups, scale-ups, incubators, and investors to help companies design sustainable business models and navigate their growth journey. I have also designed and delivered leadership training, developed people and goal-setting strategies, and mentored teams and founders.
