Executive Coaching
Mary's coaching style is based on partnership focusing on helping Leaders/Founders/people in the work place discover answers for themselves. Digging deep where necessary asking those challenging questions to help identify the blockers so to support Leaders to clarity.
Being a Leader/Founder can seem overwhelming and isolating at times with never ending problems being left at the door - pressure from Investors, Board, Customers, and Team. Having worked with Founders/Leaders Mary has discovered that the challenges faced are more similar than different. Mary can lean into these insights and her experiences as a Chief People Officer working with CEOs and Founders when coaching to help Leaders discover answers.
During coaching Leaders can develop new insights that change mindsets and help to move things forward or even in a new direction. Helping leaders gain better self awareness as leaders and help them view things from new perspectives so that they can reframe, make the right decisions and better manage relationships.
Mary's aim is for the sessions to be a time to step away from the day to day challenges where we create a space for Leaders to reset, take a step back to gain perspective, think about the bigger strategic questions, and reach a sense of clarity.

With over 15 years of experience of People Development, Leadership development, Coaching, People/HR & Culture creation.
Mary has operated at Executive level as Chief People Officer and has worked for high growth tech, media and creative organisations.
Gaining her coaching qualification from world renowned Henley Business School. Mary coaches executives and individuals helping them tap into their authentic voice, to overcome internal obstacles and achieve their goals.
Mary helps individuals understand what drives, motivates, blocks and guides decisions so we can gain a deeper level of self awareness. Mary believes in order to move forward with total clarity we must understand the reasons why we do the things we do so we can 'see' ourselves clearly. Through coaching we can shine a light on decision making, motivations and the emotions that influence. Once we have this awareness we can ask ourselves 'is this the best way froward for me? for my business? for my team? for my life?' Making decisions and moving forward with clarity and true purpose.
